The aim of the present study was to explore whether regular practice of Bhramari Pranayama for 3 months can decrease the cardio-vascular hyper-reactivity induced by cold pressor test. Relief of stress and regular aerobic exercise are engaged as general non drug therapeutic interference in all patients with hypertension.
