Prteomic Changes

"Proteomic changes in detail, proteins were hierarchically clustered (on a vertical axis) and associated with 12 characteristic categories, labeled A to L. Four types of groups were identified, i.e. groups that showed an increasing trend both in the YPD and FBS series (A–D), a cluster that showed an increasing trend in the YPD series (E), groups that showed an increasing trend in the FBS series (F and G), and other groups (H–L). To categorize these groups at a functional level, the proteins were subjected to gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis using the Database for Annotation, Visualization and 1 Integrated Discovery (DAVID). Groups A–D were shown to be enriched in proteins related to cellular homeostasis, redox regulation, and glycoprotein metabolism. OMICS Group International is one of the leading Open Access Publishers which is publishing 700+ peer-reviewed journals with the support of 50,000+ editorial board members as editorial team and aimed to disseminate the scholarly knowledge to the scientific society. OMICS Group also organizing 3000+ International Scientific Conferences and events yearly all over the world with the support of 1000+ Scientific associations worldwide.
