Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic disease characterized by inflammation of joints and associated fatigue, deteriorated range of motion, and impaired psychosocial functioning. Young adults with RA are at a particular risk for compromised. Yoga has been described to be beneficial in treating a range of stress related disorders, enlightening autonomic functions, dismissing symptoms of asthma, stuttering and reducing signs of oxidative stress. Through physical activity, it is considered chronic diseases chronic diseases could be addressed effectively.
