Affinity chromatography is one of the chromatographic methods in which based on high specific interaction the biochemical mixtures can be separated like the antigen and antibody reaction or like enzyme and substrate interaction and like ligand-receptor interaction. The buffering solution can be purified based on this chromatographic method.
