This is a medical condition which includes swelling or puffiness on a localized spot on the vertebra. There are several types of spondylitis, they include; pott’s disease, ankylosing spondylitis, spondylodiscitis. Mostly the back pain and neck pain is the result of spondylitis. Spondylitis also involves one or more vertebral joints as well, which is called spondylarthritis. Spondylitis causes severe pain around neck and shoulders. It’s very difficult to detect spondylitis in early stage. Usually it is detected after it is fully developed. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
