Any kind of injury is known as trauma. It can be head trauma, abdominal trauma, spinal cord trauma, dental trauma, psychological trauma, etc. when the outcome or result of injury is very serious and life threatening then it is known as major trauma. Trauma of injury occurs when any part of the body gets hit by some external object and ultimately causes pain in that particular spot. Trauma or injury is damage to a biological organism caused by physical harm from an external source. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected. Peer review requires a community of experts in a given (narrowly defined) field, who are qualified and able to perform reasonably impartial review.
