when the articular cartilage which is present at the end of a joint is torn by any reason it is called osteochondral fracture. Mostly knee and ankle joints are affected because these joints have a lot of strain and weight, and this is why they are so vulnerable. There are so many ways by which this fracture can be identified; one of those is x ray. Apart from X-ray other medical technologies or imaging system are used to get a detailed view of fractured joint Trauma therapy uses a number of techniques for the purpose of disappear the feelings experienced by a patient. It is done by changing his thoughts, believes and behavior. Techniques that are used are exposure, cognitive restructuring, emotional and physical adjustments. Emotional and physical adjustment includes relaxation, breathing, stopping thoughts. In expose technique, the therapist helps the patient to cope up with bad memories, situations, people and objects. In cognitive restructuring technique the therapist helps the patient to identify and change those negative thoughts.
