Causes of primary hypogonadism include autoimmune disorders, Turner syndrome, Klinefelter syndrome, kidney diseases, hemochromatosis, sex organs surgeries etc. Causes of central hypogonadism include Kallmann syndrome, pituitary disorders, obesity, brain surgery, nutritional deficiencies etc. Symptoms of hypogonadism are different in both male and female.
