Bone Marrow Collection For Transplantation Peer Review Journal

The stem cells used in Bone marrow transplantation, come from the liquid center of the bone, called the marrow. In general, the procedure for obtaining bone marrow, which is called “harvesting,There are mainly three types of Bone marrow transplantation: (a) autologous, (b)syngeneic, and (c) allogeneic, bone marrow is collected from from skin over the pelvic (hip) bone or, in rare cases, the sternum (breastbone), to draw the marrow out of the bone. The harvested bone marrow is then processed to remove blood and bone fragments. Harvested bone marrow can be combined with a preservative and frozen to keep the stem cells alive until they are needed. This technique is known as cryopreservation. Stem cells can be cryopreserved for many years. Peer review refers to the work done during the screening of submitted manuscripts and funding applications. This process encourages authors to meet the accepted standards of their discipline and reduces the dissemination of irrelevant findings, unwarranted claims, unacceptable interpretations, and personal views. Publications that have not undergone peer review are likely to be regarded with suspicion by academic scholars and professionals.
