Restenosis means stenosis reoccurrence which means blocking of blood vessels. Restenosis is narrowing of blood vessels, blockage treatment is necessary to re-narrowing of blood vessels. Restenosis is the new blockage formation at the site of angioplasty. It is of two types. One is by thrombosis or clotting of blood at treatment site another one is form of restenosis in growth of tissue at the site of treatment.

The impact factor of a journal is evaluated by dividing the number of current year citations to the source items published in that journal during the previous two years.
