Postoperative pelvic hematoma is nearly a worldwide consequence of gynaecologic surgery. It arises specially after vaginal or abdominal hysterectomy. To our awareness, so far no case of pelvic hematoma after surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy was pronounced in the literature.
