All restorative work force are considered non-warriors under worldwide philanthropic law on account of their helpful obligations, and they may not be assaulted and not be taken as detainees of war; healing facilities and other medicinal offices and transports recognized in that capacity, whether they are military or regular citizen, may not be assaulted either.
