Cancer is one of the most dreadful disease that man has ever faced. Cancer is because of uncontrolled cell division which eventually kills a person. Over the past 30 years research is continuously going on in this area to treat cancer. Now, we are successful to such an extent that it is easily curable but, still research is going on to improve the effectiveness of the drugs and to reduce the side effects. The best plat form that most of the scientists and scholars choose to make their research known to all is through publishing in Journals. Journals are now available online in two forms, one being the open access where author needs to pay the maintenance fee and the readers can browse and read it for free. The other one being subscription based journals where author need not pay anything but the fee is charged from the users or the readers who wishes to read it.
