Cyclodextrin Glycosyltransferase Scholarly Peer-review Journal

Cyclodextrin glycosyl tranferase or Cyclodextrin glucosyltransferas or Cyclodextrin glucanotransferase or CGTase is a bacterial enzyme belonging to the same family. CGTase is an enzyme common to many bacterial species. All of the CGTases can catalyse upto 4 reactions: Cyclization, Coupling, Disproportionation and hydrolysis. Scholarly peer review is the process of subjecting an author's scholarly work, research, or ideas to the scrutiny of others who are experts in the same field, before a paper describing this work is published in a journal. The work may be accepted, considered acceptable with revisions, or rejected.
