OMICS International organises 3000+ Global Conferenceseries Events every year across USA, Europe & Asia with support from 1000 more scientific societies and Publishes 700+ Open Access Journals which contains over 50000 eminent personalities, reputed scientists as editorial board members.

Epitope-mapping

Epitope mapping is the process of identification of the molecular determinants for antibody-antigen recognition on the antigen. Identification of the epitope is a key step in the characterization of monoclonal antibodies, especially those used in therapeutic strategies. It has also been essential in the design of vaccines against toxins or against enzymes. To obtain information on sequential and/or assembled epitopes, various approaches have been developed in conjunction with mass spectrometry. Fine epitope mapping could be achieved by this approach with microgram quantities of antibodies and in a short time compared to conventional mapping methods. In the growing environment, they are many journals in various organisations. Only a very few journals maintain high standards in terms of the content they publish, one has to be careful while picking information as content that is not reliable and untrue can be harmful to research as well as society. Generally, journals can be rated by considering impact factor, reputation of authors, editorial board members and also in terms of the fee they charge. Only high indexing journals have quality articles. Molecular Biology is one of the best journals which publish quality articles. Molecular Biology is a wide range of area that deals with different aspects. It publishes original research, review, short communication, case report, mini review etc.
