RNA has recently emerged as an important nanotechnology platform due to its extraordinary diversity in structure and function. Small interfering RNA (siRNA), showed significant potential in new molecular approaches to down-regulate specific gene expression in mammalian cells. In fact, targeted gene suppression by antisense DNA and siRNA has shown promising preclinical results, and/or is currently in clinical trials for a variety of diseases, including many forms of cancer (e.g., melanoma, neuroblastoma, and pancreatic adenocarcinoma), genetic disorders, and macular generation . Despite the high therapeutic potential of siRNA, its application for clinical medicine is still limited mainly due to the lack of appropriate delivery systems. In such a situation, the development of clinically suitable, safe, and effective drug-delivery biomaterials are required for the widespread use of siRNA therapeutics for disease treatment. They help the common man to explore the discovery made by scholars. Journals play a very important role in maintaining periodical record of events and help us in collecting information and thus streamlining our knowledge. Generally, journals refer to collection of Scholarly articles that are published regularly and are peer reviewed. As its peer reviewed it enhances the collaborative efforts from scholars. Internationally published journals accelerate scientific research by increasing quality, competency and credibility. They increase the performance of each and every scholar there by contributing a lot to scientific community. Molecular Biology is one of the best reputed journals which publish original research, review, Short communication, Case study in the field of Molecular Biology.
