To sought out the human genome the scientists developed the different types of DNA sequencing technologies, among them some of the techniques are developed based on the read-length, speed, accuracy, throughput, cost as well as sample preparation and handling the technique. Among all there are four different DNA Sequencing techniques are available those are Sanger method, Maxam & Gilbert method, Pyrosequencing method, single molecule sequencing with exonuclease.
