Leukemia is a malignancy of cellular component in the blood and bone marrow. It is mainly related to the blood cells such as White blood cells which includes blood disorders in the blood cells and the symptoms are exposed in the immune system of the person which weakens the immune system of the person resulting in the skin problems such as rashes, skin disorders. Leukemia has a treatment such as chemotherapy which aids in decreasing the abnormalities but it cannot cure it completely. Open Access raises practical and policy questions for scholars, publishers, funders, and policymakers alike, including what the return on investment is when paying an article processing fee to publish in an Open Access articles, or whether investments into institutional repositories should be made and whether self-archiving should be made mandatory, as contemplated by some funders.
