Autistic Citizens Residential and Resources Society of Vic. Inc. was founded with a mission to minimise the difficulties of autistic person by striving to inform the community, provide supports, develop services, advocate and change the social environment so as to maximize the individuals life options. The ACR&RSV uses it's knowledge and resources to work toward these goals. The Intent of Autistic Citizens Residential and Resources Society of Vic. Inc. is to essentially operate services for adults with autism. ACR&RSV Inc now operates only at a selected range of services and thereby concentrating efforts on the development of new options of support for ASD affected individuals. The committee has a long combined experience of around 120 years as parents, professionals and teachers in the field of Autism.

Recently their accomplishments through integrated approach include:

• Information services like workshops, talks and individualized consultation
• Independent accommodation management
• Registered Training Organisation providing a small disability based training unit
• Lots of behind the scenes work- like financial assistances to the families and parents, proper care giving trainings, treatment accessibilities improvements
