Canadian Tooling & Machining Association (CTMA)

The CTMA could be a non-profit trade association that represents and promotes the interests of the Canadian tooling and machining trade, each nationwide and internationally. The association was established in 1963 and represents the “Tooling Industry” which has firms that style, engineer, manufacture, repair or assemble tools, dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures, gauges, machinery, machining systems, robotics, automation instrumentation, models, patterns, general jobbing shop product, cutting tools and additive producing. Membership is restricted to makers and business suppliers as associate members to make sure that the CTMA can continually be dedicated to producing within the tooling and machining sectors in Canada. Membership has continuing to extend and this has resulted within the formation of Chapters in Windsor, Toronto and Western Ontario. These chapters meet on a daily basis and supply networking opportunities for members.
