Cape Breton University Engineering Society

Cape Breton University Engineering Society is based out of the CBU campus in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. The university was founded in 1951. The main mission is to represent the concerns of the engineering students of Cape Breton University. The society acts on a fair note and has a very strong hold on decision making of student affairs of the university. The society fights for student rights of university’s students concerning quality of education and facilities. Moreover it acts as the voice of the students. It welcomes international students to come up with any issues or questions they have with CBU. Also they coordinate with other university student unions to facilitate an al-round development of the students not withstanding his/her affiliation. It also provides services through The Pit, Caper Convenience, and our various student programs and centres. The society has taken up an agenda based on the following goals as below:

  • Increase the quality and accessibility of education
