International Association of Lowland Technology

To explore the issues related with marsh ranges, the old Institute of Lowland Technology (ILT) was set up at Saga University in 1991. It has been advancing worldwide trades of scholastic and specialized data and different issues concerning marsh environment. The old ILT was reestablished in 2001.
