Swiss Mathematical Society

The Swiss Mathematical Society was established September 4, 1910 in Basel. is the national scientific culture of Switzerland and a part society of the European Mathematical Society. The three mathematicians most required in the establishing of the Society were: Rudolf Fueter, who had been selected as teacher of arithmetic at the University of Basel in 1908; H Fehr, , who had been delegated as educator of graphic geometry in Zurich in 1907. Its first experimental meeting occurred September 6 of that year, additionally in Basel.
