Electrochemical Society

The mission of The Electrochemical Society is to propel hypothesis and practice at the bleeding edge of electrochemical and strong state science and innovation, and unified subjects. To empower research, examination, basic evaluation, and scattering of learning in these fields, the Society holds gatherings, distributes exploratory papers, encourages preparing and training of researchers and designs, and participates with different associations to advance science and innovation in the general population premium. The vision of ECS is to be perceived as the steward of electrochemical and strong state science and innovation. By making uninhibited accessibility of the science through open access, ECS can free the Science, and quicken exploratory revelation and advancement, driving the group as the supporter, watchman, and facilitator of our specialized space. Electrochemistry is the investigation of the relationship amongst synthetic and electrical change. Electrochemical science has a huge number of uses, extending from sun based innovation to biomedical advancements.In November 1901, Charles John Reed along with the help of his friend and Professor Joseph W. Richards started the Electrochemical Society. Its membership consists of more than 8000 scientists and engineers in over 70 countries worldwide who have individual membership, as well as about 100 corporations and laboratories that hold corporate membership.
