International Society for Heart Research started as an "International Study Group for Research in Cardiac Metabolism" in Dubrovnik in 1968 and at the 1976 World Congress in Tokyo, the new name has been received that is "Worldwide Society for Heart Research". An essential mission of the International Society for Heart Research is to advance research that advances comprehension of cardiovascular exploration on an overall premise through distributions, meetings and other media, furthermore grows new remedial methodologies.

Goals of International Society for Heart Research:
