Yıldırım Beyazıt University is established on 3rd October 2011 with the Law no 27648,according to the ruling of Official Gazette enacted on July 21st,2010). It is the 97th university in the Turkey and 5th public university in Ankara with 7 faculties, 1 vocational school of higher education, 4 graduate schools and 1 conservatory. Yıldırım Beyazıt University offers educations in the fields of medicine, law, political sciences, humanities and social sciences, business administration, engineering and natural sciences, health sciences- department of nursing. Yıldırım Beyazıt Universities departments which serve from the foundation train skilled people, which the country needs. The University has prepared a curriculum which helps their students who face difficulty in not knowing a foreign language. In general the language of instruction at the university is English.
