There are two major types of coronary arteries i.e. right and left.  The function of Coronary Artery is to supply oxygenated and nutrients filled blood to the muscles of the heart. The right coronary artery supplies the blood to the right side of the heart whereas the left coronary artery supplies blood to the left side of the heart.
