As per available reports about 75 journals, 40 Conferences, 12workshops are presently dedicated exclusively to Hydraulic engineering and about 4057 articles are being published on the current trends in Hydraulic engineering. In terms of research annually, USA, India, Japan, Brazil and Canada are some of the leading countries where maximum studies related to Hydraulic engineering are being carried out. As reported in Investigation of Fluidborne Noise Reduction in Automotive Hydraulic Power Steering Systems article, The performance of a pulse suppressor, currently used to alleviate pump-induced noise in automotive power steering systems, was characterized in this research. A hydraulic test system was developed to evaluate the noise attenuation effects of a pulse suppressor as well as other devices.
Advances in Automobile Engineering an academic journal – hosted by OMICS International – a pioneer in open access publishing–and is listed among the top 10 journals in Hydraulic engineering. Automobile Engineering is a branch of vehicle engineering, incorporating elements of mechanical, electrical, electronic, software and safety engineering as applied to the design. The journal provides an open access platform to deal with the designing of vehicle, manufacturing new products, repairing and servicing vehicles.
