As per available reports about 196 journals, 96 Conferences, 33 workshops are presently dedicated exclusively to Microarrays and about 10,600 articles are being published on the current trends in Microarrays. In terms of research annually, USA, India, Japan, Brazil and Canada are some of the leading countries where maximum studies related to Microarrays are being carried out. Microarray is a hybridization of a nucleic acid sample (target) to a very large set of oligonucleotide probes, which are attached to a solid support, to determine sequence or to detect variations in a gene sequence or expression or for gene mapping (MeSH). Several competing technologies for microarray probe implementation have emerged. Affymetrix pioneered this field with by using in situ synthesized oligonucleotides as probes and by designing microarrays in silico, thereby obviating the need for the management of clone libraries. Microarray technology has two major applications: gene expression analysis and genetic variation analysis.
The Journal of Proteomics & Bioinformatics is an academic journal – hosted by OMICS International – a pioneer in open access publishing–and is listed among the top 10 journals in Microarrays. Each year research scientists have noticed a rise in the number of congresses being held in this field. The Journal Drug Designing provides a unique platform to researchers and scientist to explore the advanced and latest research developments in the field of Microarrays, Biotechnology, DNA Fingerprinting thus bridging the gap between researchers and young scientists.
OMICS International – a pioneer in organizing international conferences The Forensic conference will be an evidence of success stories in Forensic Science and developments of existing approaches in Forensic DNA Research. This forum is an attempt to bring visionaries and practical scientist together on the event. 5th Computational Systems Biology Conference Aug 22-23, 2016 Philadelphia, USA.Gathering will highlight the challenges and opportunities for both the academia and business entrepreneurs. The participating agencies will accelerate the advancements of Forensic Science and its associated technology.
