Antalya Akev University was established in 2015 in the private universities category by Antalya foundation. Antalya foundation was founded in 1987; AKEV is Antalya Foundation for Culture and Education. AKEV College Educational Institutions have been serving as private schools since 1964 and since 1987, Antalya Foundation for Culture and Education has been serving Antalya and Turkish National Education under AKEV roof. Antalya foundation, which has been working with Kindergarten, Elementary School and Anatolian High School units and has graduated thousands of people, has also started to establish universities in 1996 in order to fulfil the purpose of foundation official script. Our foundation and our university are carrying out studies that embrace all the Antalians who work in the direction of Ataturks principles and Revolutions. University has 4 Faculties, 2 Institutes with more than 1000 students. University faculty buildings expanded with a closed area of 16.000 square meters and a capacity of 1500 students. These two completed buildings are sufficient for the first 5 years student quota. The university have social facilities and the Instructor Board of Residence, consisting of 4 blocks and 40 dairies. The university was well equipped with sports facilities; environment-road arrangements, thousands of trees planted with the campus area.
