Chaohu University, set up in 1977, is a country-run and multi-subject provincial organization presenting complete-time undergraduate guides. The University is located in the picturesque Bantang Resort and Vacation District that is well-known for its thermo-spa sanatoria and holiday accommodations within the east of Chaohu, a city embracing the Chaohu Lake inside the important part of Anhui Province. At present its campus covers 86 hectares with a built-up location of 230,000 square metres.
