RESEARCH Mobility Project Graduate European Alumni in Technology Training Experience Abroad - GREATECH During 2008 CEMER worked together with the Polytechnic of Milan in the organization and management of an internship program for Polytechnic students. This project consists of students graduated from the School of Design of the Polytechnic Institute of Milan to practice at CEMER for at least 3 months. The Polytechnic Institute of Milan is among the most important in terms of Design in Italy. In 2008 he was with us Antonio Arico, graduated in Industrial Design from the University of Milan - Polytechnic Institute. Antonio has been developing his final project "AndalucÃa Hypertradicional" in which he has been collecting information about the Andalusian traditions and their design in decorative design elements. Project "Practice in Building and Metal Working Specialty" During 2008 he worked on the project "Practice in building and metal working specialty. "With the Vocational Training School of Liepaja (Estonia). This project is part of the Leonardo da Vinci program and has allowed 6 students to complete their training in furniture manufacturing and finishing techniques. PROJECT "SYNOPSIS II: Developing sector-specific expertise during on-the-job learning and promotion of demonstration skills in the field of Audiovisual Media" Three students from Finland, namely the Salpaus Further Education Center, an organization homologous to CEMER, through which adult education, continuing education and occupational training courses are organized and coordinated. Salpaus, like CEMER, also offers numerous services to companies, as well as "recycling" courses for those who want or need to update their knowledge and skills. This body also collaborates in projects of labor insertion withdisabledpeople. As part of the training program, Salpaus offers some of its students the possibility of completing their training abroad. So far they have collaborated with countries as varied as Norway, Holland, Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, Turkey, Project WORKWOOD VII Thanks to the Workwood VI Mobility project, 17 students from the specialties of New Technologies, Industrial Manufacturing and Varnishing have been beneficiaries of an internship program in Florence (Italy) and 13 students in the specialty of Foreign Trade and Strategies Management in Cork (Ireland). The stays have been of 14 weeks of duration with 4 weeks of linguistic preparation and 10 of practices in company. Upon arrival at the destination city, the participants were attended by the professionals of the host institutions in both countries the host organization in charge of providing the language course, accommodation, support and search for internships in companies
