Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust is managed the chairman of the trust board, five Non-Executive and equally five Executive Directors including the Chief Executive. Each of the Non-Executive Director is a member of the trust and has been appointed to bring their personal experience professional experience to the Board. Board will supervise the trust in terms of responsibility and control over the trust and accountable, Hilary Daniels, chair of the trust, Lance McCarthy CEO, and the voting executives are Deidre Fowler and Melanie Clements and few other nonvoting and non-executive directors. The Board has overall responsibility for the effective control of the Trust and is accountable, through its Chairman, to the NHS Trust Development Authority and the Secretary of State for Health. The Trust Board has the major six key roles where it is set and plan for the trust, to monitor the performance, to ensure the financial stewardship, to set the standards of corporate and clinical governance, to ensure the to ensure effective dialogue with external bodies and the communities. They hire about 1,700 people with a varied people with different backgrounds and skills.
