Hinchingbrooke Health Care NHS Trust is managed the chairman of the trust board, five Non-Executive and equally five Executive Directors including the Chief Executive. Each of the Non-Executive Director is a member of the trust and has been appointed to bring their personal experience professional experience to the Board. Board will supervise the trust in terms of responsibility and control over the trust and accountable, Hilary Daniels, chair of the trust, Lance McCarthy CEO, and the voting executives are Deidre Fowler and Melanie Clements and few other nonvoting and non-executive directors.
