Hogeschool PXL

PXL Research: PXL-Research will associate the research and scientific paths of research within Hogeschool PXL. In these we usually get more information regarding the service and simultaneously an overview in which the companies, social, profit organizations, non-profit organizations and governments in PXL-Research, which is applicable for applied research, scientific research services and customized training. PXL-Research has the well-established scientific departments such as, Department of Research & Services Hogeschool PXL. This will collaborate with others and Hogeschool PXL prepares policy and subsequent task. More precisely the Department of Research and Services has the following responsibilities: they are Support research policy, Support research projects, Develop new research projects, Projectadministratie- and succession. Alumni: Hogeschool PXL has associated with their actively in a healthy relationship. The association of the University alumni aims to be mutually strength to the interaction in between the colleges, professors, university and its former students. Indeed, all the students’ around thousands will form as a great network with mutual communication. By associating as a member of the alumni group of PXL, they will keep you informed and updated of what is being organized. They even send the invitations to events and plenty of activities for alumni. Through predecessors, the historical backdrop of Hogeschool PXL has taken on 1st April 1837. As a first course for initiating assistants was set up in the Limburg, Later on they have made a department as obliged to join a maternity specialist school to the parent organization. Today, no more youngsters are conceived in the Old Mother House at the Hasselt Guffenslaan, it is as usual as home to the social insurance programs. The Provincial Hogeschool Limburg (PHL) was around 1995, it was formed by the merging of the former Limburg Provincial Nurse School, the Provincial Higher Institute of Commerce, and also the Provincial Agricultural College of Tongeren, the Provincial School of Art and Architecture. In these subject areas PHL offered several programs in the field of science and arts for the Bachelor and Master level. The school has merged more than 4000 students and about 500 staff.
