Hunan University of Commerce (HNUC) is a university established in 1994 and located in the large city of Changsha with bachelor and master majors covering an area of liberal arts, economics, science and engineering. It is considered as one of the prominent universities in the Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching Quality Evaluation Program by the Ministry of Education of China. The university has 17 schools, 42 research institutes and considered as one of the “independent college” approved by the National Education Ministry.
