IHMA located in Switzerland affiliates specialize in infectious disease and offer a creative and comprehensive menu of products and services to companies acquiring and marketing antimicrobial agents or antimicrobial susceptibility tests. Stephen Hawser is the current CEO of this incorporation. IHMA founded at the end of 2004 by the public authorities. Work started in 2007 and first tenants arrived on the site at the beginning of 2009. Lionel Eperon is the chairman of board of directors. The Biopôle offers us a strategic location for the ‘tailor-made’ development of our bodily functions. Interlinked with the principal centers of excellence in the region, such as the CHUV, EPFL, UNIL, and industries, the Biopôle site is as well placed at the convergence of the primary means of communication.
