Indus International University (IIU) is situated in one of the nature’s breath taking panoramic beautiful district of Himachal Pradesh, Una. Apart from its beautiful location this University prioritize administration of quality education to the students as provided by the top class universities. It is sponsored by Kartha Education society, Mumbai which is a non-profit organisation that helps in the upliftment of the underrepresented areas by providing quality education and research opportunities since 19 years in India and abroad. It is recognised and included under the list of colleges maintained by the University Grant Commission (UGC) under section-2 (f) of UGC Act 1956. Its main aim is to provide modern education and research opportunities for learners within the global society and to prepare globally interdependent and culturally diverse independent leaders which in turn also trigger the economic development of Himachal Pradesh. The campus built up provision area is about 160,000 sq. feet spread over 7 blocks. The university is easily accessible by road and railways basically from the Punjab towns. The campus has the provision of fully networked computer labs with entire campus with Wi-Fi enabled facility , engineering and science laboratories, administrative office areas, fully air conditioned 250 seated indoor stadium, separate faculty office, indoor play area and playground, parking areas, built in cafeteria with catering facilities and 18,000 sq. feet library.
