The Institute for Quality Control (IQC) is the largest private certified institute in Israel and operates according to the international rules. The International rules for certification bodies are like ISO 17021 and ISO 17065. Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management EMS, Product Certification and Social Responsibility are certified. The Institute of Quality and Control was transferred from public to private in the year 2003 after acting as public body for 44 years. The Institute for Quality Control (IQC) had developed and strengthened and became a group that which includes companies which operate the sectors with privatization. Sectors are like Certification for quality and product standards, inspection and training in various fields. RVA accredited The Institute of Quality and Control (IQC), the Dutch certification body and is recognized in the international community and it is a signatory of the Mutual Lateral Agreement (MLA). The IAF’s vision of “certified once accepted everywhere” is promoted by the accredited certification body. The international certifying bodies including: NSF-ISR for aerospace and defense, NSF for BRC Global food standards and BRC Global packaging standards are represented by IQC. Israel’s Ministry of Defense, recognizes the certificates issued by The Institute for Quality Control (IQC). An organization must fill out a technological specification form and will have it verified by their auditor. SAAS has given direct accreditation to The Institute of Quality and Control (IQC). SAAS, the American accreditation body, for the SA8000 standard-social responsibility and commitment. In Israel IQC is the only certified body and it is one of the only 23 certification bodies worldwide. The International Certifying bodies has cooperation agreements with The Institute of Quality and Control (IQC). In Israel IQC is the exclusive subcontractor for the largest international certifying body. The institute has a training center under the professional direction of Dr. Shaul Yanai. He incorporates the best lectures. The courses in the Institute are characterized by Advanced professional level; Personal and individual attention, in small groups; Emphasis on practice, event analysis, simulations and development of solutions; The courses include distribution courses, specifically adapted to the needs of our customers; The courses include distribution of training materials, refreshments and lunch.
