History The Institute of Construction of Castile and Leon - ICCL, is constituted as a private non-benefit logical and social establishment that needs to impact all the specialized angles that are included in the development procedure of a work, Civil, Building or Rehabilitation. ICCL was established in 1994 and after over 20 years of presence, it has been dynamic in research, advancement and connected innovation ventures to bolster experts and organizations in the development part. It is enlisted as a non-benefit association with no. 25 in the Register of Foundations of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Junta de Castilla y León.
