Despite these challenging and complex procedures, we want to make the hospital stay as pleasant and uncomplicated as possible for the patients. With the so-called reference care, we ensure that patients and their dependents are individually looked after by a caregiver throughout their stay. Together with this contact person, the care of the patients is discussed and, if possible, adapted to the respective needs. In addition to the medical services, a large number of counseling centers are available for various needs. The cantonal hospital Graubünden offers the patients, among other things, an internal hospital social service, an interpreting service, professional hospital pastoral care, speech therapy, nutrition therapy, diabetes or smoking counseling, physiotherapy or a breastfeeding machine. For examinations and therapies, which do not require hospitalization, various ambulatory clinics and day clinics are available.
