Metropolitan University College was established in 2001 in the Czech Republic. This university mainly educated in Public Administration and International Relations. MUP ranks among the few private higher education institutions with a university status in the Czech Republic. Since 2007, the universitys International Relations Department has published a semiannual peer-reviewed academic journal entitled the Central European Journal of International and Security Studies. As of present, MUP provides education to approximately 5300 students. Since its establishment in 2001, the university produced more than 9000 alumni. The Metropolitan University Prague organized with a total of eleven departments.
