Based on the philosophy of the university and the Article 52 of the School Education Law, Nagano University has the power to question common sense and public wisdom of the world through learning "viewpoints and thoughts of things" in various academic disciplines Mission is to send out to the world human beings who can cultivate and recognize their social roles accurately. In particular, as a university rooted in the community and open to the world, I am aware that it is the main obligation to train people who can lead the development of the community in the 21st century.
