This university on May 22, 2008, 2809 Higher Education Institutions Agency was established in accordance with Article 101 of the Code of Appendix. That same year, President Abdullah Gül, 2547 and No. 130 of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey under Article 13 of the Higher Education Law Professor Dr. Ali Sluice has been appointed as our Founding Rector University.
