International College for Girls is now The IIS University, Jaipur. The status of deemed to be a University has provided greater autonomy in setting our own educational agenda and the authority to award degrees. The academic courses and programmes offered under the aegis of The IIS University is approved by UGC and also accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council. And it is placed in the category ‘A’ by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. It is known for excellence in imparting meaningful education to students and to encourage them to think innovatively. It particularly focuses on empowering women to face challenges of life with confidence and also provide creative leadership.
The International College for Girls Started with just 56 girls and seven members of staff, it became a Postgraduate College in 1999. Today, ICG stands tall with over 3500 students on roll, 208 faculty members and 46 support-staff (technical & non-teaching).
