Thomas-Institut

The Thomas-Institut is a research Institute which mainly focus on the study of medieval philosophy from preparing systematic studies of medieval authors. Thomas-Institut was established in 1950 by Josef Koch, who was the professor for medieval philosophy at the University of Cologne which is located in Germany. The director of Thomas-Institut is Andreas Speer, the professor holding the chair in medieval philosophy at the university.
