Translational Genomic Research Institute was established in 2002 by Jeffrey Trent. Jeffrey Trent, he is the scientific director of National Human Genome Research Institute. Research Resources of Translational Genomic Research Institute is Bio4D, Genome Technology & Core Services, Genome Technology and Center for Computational Bioscience. Translational Genomic Research Institute is a non-profitable research institute. It is known as TGen and it mainly focuses on genetic discoveries to improve disease outcomes by developing much smarter diagnostics and targeted therapeutics. Mission of TGen is Increase the communitys working knowledge of genomics and inspire the next generation researchers and physicians to Educate, train and inspire. Academic Year Internships is available in translational bioscience: laboratory and clinical research, computational biology and bioinformatics, mathematics and statistics, and research administration like communications, IT, business development, legal and regulatory affairs, compliance, etc. Translational Genomic Research Institute conducts research on human disorders including Alzheimers disease, Autism, Parkinsons, Diabetes and different types of cancer and other complex human diseases.
