Changi General Hospital is offering Trauma Recovery & Corporate Solutions health service. It is a peer support program and started in 2003. This service is a voluntary, systems-wide, peer-help, crisis counseling intervention to assist employee victims in dealing with the psychological aftermaths of work-related critical incidents or crises. It provides a range of crisis interventions for individual, groups and employee family needs. Trauma Recovery & Corporate Solutions is also known as TRaCS. TRaCS help companies who are interested in developing in-house crisis teams to set up their own individual peer support program as well as provide follow up trainings to ensure currency of skills of trained employees. TRaCs train employees in crisis intervention to provide first line intervention for fellow colleagues and basic peer support. Trained employees provide support in the days after traumatic incidents and as well as emotional support on a day to day basis.
