University was founded in October 18 located in the city of Cluj-Napoca and it ranked 5th , Consists of more than 6,000 student offering various courses. Since, 1922 the graduates have been receiving the degree of agronomic engineer from the university Faculty of Animal Sciences was created in 1959. Faculty of Veterinary Medicine was founded in 1962.
