Warren Clinic

Warren Clinic is a division of the Saint Francis Health System. With over 350 physicians and providers in over 70 locations across Tulsa and eastern Oklahoma, we provide convenient, high quality primary care and specialty services for our patients. We want to serve as your healthcare providers, with the highest possible level of attention to your personal needs, in settings that are linked and integrated with the entire Saint Francis Health System. In 1987, Warren Clinic was founded by The William K. Warren Foundation to expand the base of available primary care physicians in north-eastern Oklahoma. Warren Clinic physicians offer a wide spectrum of primary care medical services, from disease prevention to the management of patients with chronic medical conditions. A hallmark of Warren Clinic is professional excellence, combined with compassion and caring. For many patients and families, Warren Clinic doctors are lifetime partners for health. Several Warren Clinic practitioners have been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurances (NCQA) for disease management and/or Patient-Centered Medical Home practices. Selected Warren Clinic primary care offices participate in the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative (CPCI). By partnering with Medicare, Medicaid, Community Care and Blue Cross Blue Shield, these offices work together with their patients to better coordinate care visits and create a care plan to meet the patient’s unique health goals. Warren Clinic is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to its patients. Quality committees made up of primary care and specialty care physicians, nurses, clinical assistants and administration staff meet on a regular basis to monitor and improve quality measures. Special emphasis is given to the care of patients with diabetes through quality projects and special reporting to ensure evidence based care of the highest quality is provided to our patients. To monitor and evaluate how Warren Clinic patients rate their experiences in the offices and with physicians and staff, patient satisfaction surveys are performed on a regular basis. Press Ganey, a professional research group based in South Bend, Indiana, mails surveys to patients who have recently visited the Clinic and asks the patients to "score" offices on a variety of measures from ease of appointment scheduling to time spent with physicians. These "scores" are then analyzed by Warren Clinic administration, physicians and managers and are also compared to scores of other clinics across the country. Understanding how well patients are satisfied helps Warren Clinic recognize both areas that are successful and areas needing improvement.
