Wiley College is a historically black college (HBCU) founded in 1873 in order to provide higher education for students with a will to learn and improve their lives. Though it was established in the Methodist tradition, Wiley College does not require students to be members of the Methodist faith. The physical plant of Wiley College occupies 70+ acres.
